Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country, including Hoffman Estates, IL, with a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

You’ll join a clinician-led organization with strong credentialing, scheduling, and billing support, plus paid orientation and training. Expect to build a full caseload within 90 days, with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Illinois — LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist).
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral health generalist open to couples and children.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Hoffman Estates, IL.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Illinois — LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $60,300 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
