Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Woodridge, IL to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions across the country. The role offers full-time employment with benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.

Clinicians will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to a large client base, maintain a flexible schedule, and work within Thriveworks’ supportive infrastructure designed to handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Able to provide at least 25 sessions weekly with 30 hours of availability.
• Open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Comfortable using telehealth and clinical technology (EHR tools).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing with a flexible schedule (7 a.m.–10 p.m. ET, seven days a week).
• Collaborate with broader Thriveworks clinical community and participate in credentialing and onboarding processes.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Woodridge, IL. About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Illinois — Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children

• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools

Compensation

Up to $139,000.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities. Full-time clinicians are eligible for health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and other employer-sponsored benefits.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
