Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Framingham, MA.

In addition to working directly with clients, we partner with health systems and primary‑care providers to integrate mental and physical health.

About the Role

• Independently licensed and living in Massachusetts (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD—Licensed Psychologist).
• Consistently available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly.
• Behavioral‑health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Committed to helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Strong team player; we value positive contributors and community building.

Compensation

Up to $66,500 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, plus paid orientation and training. You will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
