Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians in Alabama to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to a broad client base across the country. You will join a clinician-led organization with robust support and a focus on measurable client progress.

We offer credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support; flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, and paid orientation to help you hit your full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed and reside in Alabama (LPC, LMFT, LICSW, LP)
• Available for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• Open to treating a variety of clients including couples and children

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Alabama — LPC, LMFT, LICSW, LP (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
