Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Louisiana to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care across a nationwide hybrid model. You will be responsible for delivering effective therapy to clients, with flexible scheduling and support services that handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing.

• Independent licensure in Louisiana (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or psychologist).
• Available for at least 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability.
• Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children; focused on measurable progress.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are independently licensed and living in Louisiana—LPC, LMFT, LCSW or Licensed Psychologist
• Are consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• Are a behavioral health generalist open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Are invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Are confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• Are a good teammate—we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation

Up to $54,100.00 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.

You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
