Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Allentown, PA. You’ll join a clinician-led national network delivering accessible mental health care.

We support you with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, plus paid orientation and training. Build a full caseload within 90 days, with flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician with Pennsylvania credentials (LPC/LMFT/LCSW or equivalent).
• Proficiency with telehealth and in-person care.
• Ability to manage a caseload and document care using an EHR.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

• Independently licensed and living in Pennsylvania — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Compensation Up to $54,100 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
