Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Licensed Patrol Driver in Media, PA. Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and follow reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of building interiors and exteriors to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and document incidents clearly in reports.
• Direct visitors and support a welcoming environment while communicating with site contacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations with calm, problem-solving approaches.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and document incidents and policy violations in reports.
• Assist with directing visitors and supporting a professional environment while communicating with site leadership.
