HealthPro Heritage in Carmel, IN is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient care in an Assisted Living setting.

You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with Physical Therapists and care teams while delivering compassionate, patient-centered therapy. This role offers up to 20 hours per week, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to grow within a leading provider of therapy services.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists. Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
• Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with Physical Therapists, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
