Job summary

Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) is seeking licensed Clinical Psychologists (PsyD or PhD) to join our outpatient team in Apple Valley, MN. This part-time role focuses on psychological testing/assessment with flexible, hybrid scheduling and a strong emphasis on evidence-based evaluation.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD) is required.
• Active Minnesota Psychologist License; Wisconsin license a plus.
• Experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment.
• Comfort with diverse populations and inclusive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations based on client needs.
• Assessment-only focus — no therapy caseload.
• Integrate findings across psychiatric, medical, psychological, and behavioral domains to develop client-focused formulations.
• Produce high-quality reports with diagnostic clarity, functional insights, and treatment recommendations.
• Provide detailed evaluation reports summarizing findings and recommendations for treatment and functioning.
• Present findings of testing to clients, families, and professionals in an understandable manner.
• Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation including assessments and testing records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients.
