Join Parachute, LLC is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Center Medical site in Grand Island, Nebraska. You will support donor health and safety, perform screenings, and work with the team to ensure a welcoming donor experience.

The role requires LPN licensure, BLS/CPR, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Weekend work is required, with cross-training across center functions and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• State-licensed LPN with active credentials.
• Must hold a current BLS or CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsabilités

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with all center staff.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Fully cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site’s lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You’ll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years old

• Certified/license in the state of employment
• Current BLS or CPR certification
