Join Parachute, LLC is seeking an LPN to support donor health and safety at our Quincy, IL center. You’ll perform health screenings, monitor eligibility, and collaborate with center staff to create a welcoming donor experience.

This full-time role offers competitive pay at $24 per hour, benefits, and the potential for a monthly bonus. You must be licensed in Illinois, with BLS/CPR and the ability to lift 50 pounds, with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross train in center functions including phlebotomy and station installation.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN (Physician Substitute), you will be a key member of the site’s lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You’ll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed
• Work collaboratively with all center staff
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant
• Beyond your core responsibilities, you will be fully cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation

Required Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education
• Certified/licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment
• Current BLS or CPR certification
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed
