Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in the United States is seeking a licensed practical nurse to join our aesthetics-focused clinic. You will deliver safe laser hair removal treatments, educate clients on pre- and post-care, and help clients build confidence through tailored care.

In this on-site role, you will maintain compliant medical records, prepare treatment rooms, support daily operations, and collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure outstanding client experiences and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments according to Milan’s medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care for safe, effective results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe, efficient client flow; maintain clean environment.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and maintaining client records.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and room preparation.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.

Your Ability to Make a Difference:

• Clinical Care:Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Client Education & Influence:Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
• Client Experience:Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Clinic Operations:Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Team Collaboration:Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols

• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
