Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to deliver safe, effective laser hair removal treatments and provide exceptional patient care in a structured clinic setting.

You will educate clients on treatment plans, maintain accurate medical records, and support daily clinic operations while upholding Milan’s standards of professionalism and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre/post-treatment care for safe results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for safe client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress and recommend additional areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and records management.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and room preparation.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment.

As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. Your Ability to Make a Difference:

• Clinical Care:Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Client Education & Influence:Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
• Client Experience:Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Clinic Operations:Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Team Collaboration:Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.

• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
