Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our clinical team in a busy aesthetics setting. You will perform laser hair removal, educate clients on pre/post-care, and maintain accurate medical records to ensure safe, high-quality treatments.

You will prepare treatment rooms, assist with scheduling, and collaborate with clinic leaders to meet patient goals while upholding Milan’s standards of professionalism and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service.
• Clear and confident ability to educate clients.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols.
• Interest in aesthetics and helping clients achieve confidence-building results.
• Willingness to assist with onboarding and training of new providers after training.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure safe, effective results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and maintaining client records.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and treatment room preparation; perform minor equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.

Your Ability to Make a Difference:

• Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
• Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.

Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidentlyAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
