ADDITIONAL PERKS

• Enhanced sanitation measures, including certification by CTEH and UV antibacterial/viral HVAC systems, to ensure client safety and infection control

JOB REQUIREMENTS—Saturday availability is required

• Perform quality therapeutic bodywork tailored to clients' needs, including enhancements with essential oils, Prossage Oil, Biofreeze, massage lotion, sugar scrub, and Hypervolt percussion device
• Capable of performing back-to-back massages as scheduled
• Engage in active listening, evaluate client satisfaction, and recommend follow-up visits
• Customize massage services within company policies and protocols, considering contraindications
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage
• Communicate treatment findings and suggested return dates effectively and concisely

WHAT ELSE THE JOB ENTAILS:

• Body positioning during shifts, mostly standing/bending, with some seated services
• Cleaning and disinfecting treatment rooms, changing linens between clients
• Maintaining client confidentiality and safety standards

BASIC SKILLS NEEDED

• At least 18 years old
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
• Service-oriented attitude and social perceptiveness
• Basic computer skills
• Good time management and communication skills
