Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted Michigan licensure (LMFT, LMSW, LPC).
• Experience or strong interest in working with families, children & adolescents.
• Comfort and competence in integrating Christian values into clinical work (as requested).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Integrate Christian principles into therapy, when aligned with the client’s preferences and goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in a timely and ethical manner.
• Collaborate with other professionals (e.g., pastors, educators, physicians) when needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings as appropriate.
