Kapolei Counseling Center LLC seeks a Part-Time Relationship-Focused Therapist to support couples and families in Hawaii. The role emphasizes evidence-based approaches, personalized treatment planning, and flexible delivery via telehealth or in-person sessions.

Located in Kapolei and serving statewide clients, the clinic offers hybrid and remote work options, ongoing supervision, and a robust benefits package designed for part-time clinicians working at least 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in the state of Hawaiʻi (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, etc.).
• Certification in a couple-focused modality (e.g., Gottman Level 1).
• Capable of sustaining a clinical caseload of at least 12 clients/week

Responsibilities

• Provide couples counseling using evidence-based approaches.
• Assess relationship issues and teach through psychoeducation.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and implement interventions.
• Provide guidance and support to improve client relationships.
• Maintain a minimum 12-client weekly caseload via telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Engage in supervisor sessions and case consultations.

Licensed Couples Clinical Therapist – Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide couples counseling integrating evidence-based approaches.


• Asses and address relationship issues, communication problems, asses unhealthy dynamics and teach through psychoeducation.


• Develop personalized treatment plans and administer therapeutic interventionsto meet the unique needs of the couple.


• Provide guidance and support to clients seeking to improve their relationships.


• Maintain a clinical caseload of 12 minimum clients/week via HIPAA-compliant telehealth or in-person sessions


• Engage in routine supervision, peer reviews, and case consultations.
