Kapolei Counseling Center LLC in Kapolei, Hawai‘i, is seeking Licensed Clinical Therapists to guide youth 8+ and their families in a safe, empowering space, with personalized, evidence-based care.

This role offers hybrid or remote options, NHSC Loan Repayment up to $50,000, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and supervision. You’ll provide individual, family, and parenting sessions across telehealth and in-person settings.

Qualifications

• Hawaiʻi license (LMFT/LCSW/LMHC/PhD/PsyD) required or eligible.
• Experience with youth ages 8+ and families.
• Provide evidence-based therapy and treatment planning.
• HIPAA-compliant telehealth and in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and biopsychosocial assessments for youth (8+) and families.
• Facilitate parenting support sessions to strengthen caregiver involvement.
• Create personalized treatment plans and use evidence-based interventions.
• Offer individual therapy for youth and adolescents.
• Review psychological assessments to guide diagnosis and planning.
• Manage a clinical caseload via HIPAA-compliant telehealth and/or in-person sessions.
• Participate in regular supervision and case consultations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client interviews and biopsychosocial assessments for youth (8+) and their families.
• Facilitate parenting support sessions to strengthen caregiver involvement and family functioning.
• Create personalized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Offer individual therapy for youth and adolescents.
• Review and interpret psychological assessments to guide diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Manage a clinical caseload via HIPAA-compliant telehealth and/or in-person sessions.
• Participate in regular supervision, peer review, and collaborative case consultations.

Location: Kapolei, Hawai‘i - Serve clients statewide through in-person or telehealth sessions.

Requirements:

• Must hold a current Hawai‘i license (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, etc.).
• Availability for afternoon and weekend.
• Demonstrated experience working with youth ages 8+
