Job summary

Thriveworks in Boston, MA, is seeking licensed clinicians to join our nationwide hybrid care model. You’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to a diverse client base, with a flexible schedule and a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Remote and in-person sessions are available seven days a week, 7 a.m.

to 10 p.m. ET. We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support so you can focus on care.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure in MA (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD) and willingness to provide both telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Ability to maintain 20 hours of weekly availability and at least 15 sessions with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.
• Manage a full caseload with efficient scheduling and documentation.
• Utilize telehealth and clinical technology, including EHR systems.

About the Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence‑based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country.

• Independently licensed and living in Massachusetts — LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we're building a clinical community and value positive contributors

Specialty Population is subject to client demand

Specialties Preferred: Licensed Therapist specializing in, and with experience providing counseling to, Couples and Families

Compensation

Compensation Up to $66,500 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You’ll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
