Job summary

Thriveworks in Newton, MA is hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care through a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions. You must be independently licensed in MA (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD) and able to commit to at least 20 hours per week with a minimum of 15 sessions.

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support, with paid orientation and a path to build a full caseload within 90 days.

Qualifications

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Newton, Massachusetts.

About the Role

• Independently licensed and living in Massachusetts — LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children

Compensation

Up to $66,500 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
