Job summary

Qualifications

• Master of Library Science degree from an ALA-accredited program is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in education, communications or another relevant field may be considered.
• Three or more years of library experience preferred.
• Ability to plan and present programs in person and virtually.
• Strong collaboration and cross-cultural communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs with the CE team.
• Promote LibraryLinkNJ and provide excellent member service.
• Design and sponsor programs, workshops, webinars for continuing education.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet goals.
• Evaluate programs and apply improvements.
