Job summary

Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District in San Diego County is seeking part-time faculty to join the Learning and Technology Resources team. The instructor will teach as assigned, evaluate students, support curriculum, advise, and pursue professional development.

Starting salary range is $70.84–$86.11 per hour, based on the Adjunct, Overload and Substitute Salary Schedule. Applications are kept in a pool year‑round; official transcripts are required if offered employment, and fingerprint

Qualifications

• Master’s in library science, library and information science, OR The equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Under administrative leadership, it is the responsibility of part time faculty to perform tasks which support advancement of the visions, missions, and values of the colleges and District.
• Part time faculty have responsibilities in regards to their classroom assignment, evaluation of students, curriculum, student advising, professional development, and any assignment-specific needs.
