Play-Well is seeking an enthusiastic part-time LEGO instructor in Boulder to lead STEM-focused classes and camps, bringing creativity and problem-solving to diverse learners. You will manage hands-on activities, maintain a safe, fun learning space, and coordinate with families and staff.

Ideal candidates have teaching or instruction experience, love working with children, and can handle setup, class flow, and post-session cleanup with reliability and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Teaching or instructing experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a group of children and maintain engagement.
• Strong communication with parents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead LEGO classes and camps for students of varying ages.
• Ensure child safety and positive learning environment.
• Set up materials, manage time, and wrap up sessions.
• Communicate with Area Manager as needed.
