Job summary

Play-Well TEKnologies in Seattle, WA is seeking creative and reliable instructors to teach LEGO classes and camps that build STEM understanding while unlocking creativity. You’ll lead hands-on activities, manage classroom safety, and help students of diverse abilities enjoy learning through play.

The role is part-time with afternoon school-year availability and seasonal camps in summer. Compensation is hourly, with benefits including drive time, travel reimbursement, and opportunities for 401K

Qualifications

• Teaching/Instruction experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate with parents and clients clearly.
• Comply with safety procedures and classroom rules.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage each class session, ensuring children are safe, engaged and having fun.
• Communicate with parents and clients in a knowledgeable, respectful manner.
• Follow Play-Well safety procedures and supervision policies.
• Care for and maintain LEGO teaching kits and materials.
• Respond promptly to management communications.
