Job summary

The University of Texas at San Antonio invites applications for part-time Lecturer positions in cybersecurity, information systems, and digital forensics beginning Spring 2027, to teach undergraduate and graduate courses.

The successful candidate will work both on campus and remotely in UTSA's College of AI, Cyber, and Computing, Department of Information Systems and Cybersecurity, contributing to the academic community and student mentorship.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Five years of teaching and/or professional experience in cybersecurity, digital forensics, or a related area.
• Ability to maintain security and integrity of UT San Antonio systems as required by Texas EO-GA-48.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate or graduate courses in cybersecurity and/or digital forensics beginning Spring 2027.
• Possible opportunities to teach graduate courses; contribute to course development and curriculum.
• Engage with students and participate in department and college activities.

Education

Master's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
