Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of professional engineering experience.
• At least 3 years in product development.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to engage diverse students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HCED 380 or HCED 450 lectures with rotation.
• Supervise hands-on labs and ensure safety.
• Mentor undergraduate design projects.
• Coordinate lab equipment and supplies.
• Update course content with industry standards.
• Assess student work and maintain learning outcomes.
