Position Description:

The Department of Biology at the University of Louisville is seeking part-time lecturers to teach fall, and spring terms. Teaching duties may include the following courses:
  • BIOL 102 Issues and Applications
  • BIOL 104 Issues and Applications Lab
  • BIOL 240 Unity of Life
  • BIOL 242 Diversity of Life
  • BIOL 257 Intro to Microbiology
  • BIOL 258 Intro to Microbiology Lab
  • BIOL 260 Anatomy and Physiology I
  • BIOL 261 Anatomy and Physiology II
  • BIOL 264 and 265 Human Anatomy and Physiology Labs
  • BIOL 350 Biostatistics
  • BIOL 329 Cellular Molecular Biology
  • BIOL 540 Metabolic Biochemistry


The Department of Biology offers BA, BS, MS, and Ph.D. degrees.

A Ph.D. is preferred and experience in college teaching is required.

Qualifications:

At minimum, a Masters degree and experience in college teaching is required, but a Ph.D. is preferred.
