You will be the first impression and voice of our community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process while building relationships with current residents and the team.

We offer training, a flexible schedule (Saturdays in rotation, 9am-6pm on weekdays), and a supportive, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both in person and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing journey and build relationships.
• Handle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks.
• Participate in property appearances and inspections as needed.
