Job summary

Royal American Companies is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a part-time role (<29 hours/week). You will assist with advertising, welcome residents, and lease the property, while building strong relationships and ensuring excellent attendance and communication.

You will screen prospective residents, prepare lease packages, manage tenant services, collect rents, and support move-in/out activities with a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with OneSite property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing and marketing to attract residents.
• Screen prospective residents using the set criteria.
• Prepare lease packages and renewal processes.
• Handle late rents and other monies due.
• Answer phones and greet visitors professionally.
• Maintain service requests and move-in/out coordination.
• May perform housekeeping duties as needed.
