About the Role: Leasing Consultant

As a Leasing Consultant, you're not just filling units-you're shaping the resident experience. You're the face of the community, representing Volunteer Properties with enthusiasm and professionalism. You'll play a key role in driving occupancy, strengthening relationships, and helping prospects find their next home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with prospects via phone, email, digital platforms, and in-person property tours
  • Drive traffic through innovative marketing efforts and outreach
  • Track lead sources and share insights on leasing trends
  • Ensure vacant units are market-ready for showings and move-ins
  • Manage the full leasing process: screening, verification, and execution of lease documents
  • Clearly communicate lease terms, deposits, promotions, and policies
  • Be a trusted listener and problem-solver for residents and prospects
  • Support additional office and property initiatives as needed
