We are seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for our Lakeside Park community, which has 192 units and is located in Shelby Township, MI. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leasing, marketing the community, and maintaining positive resident relations.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9AM-5PM; Saturday 10AM-4PM

Responsibilities:

  • Address resident requests, complaints, and comments
  • Plan and host resident events
  • Distribute marketing information

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • At least 1 year in a sales-oriented role; 6+ months leasing experience preferred
  • Strong sales skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • YARDI experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Physical Demands: The role involves mobility to tour apartments and communities, sitting, walking, standing, and some repetitive hand/wrist motions due to computer use.
