Part-time Leasing Consultant - Centro Noda

Job Summary

Responsible for leasing, customer service, and property management tasks to ensure a positive experience for residents and prospects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and maintain high customer service standards.
  • Manage unit showings, prepare lease documents, and process applications.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other laws.
  • Follow up with prospects and facilitate lease signings and resident orientation.
  • Assist with renewal programs and property marketing efforts.
  • Open and close the leasing office, maintain cleanliness, and handle administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with staff to update resident information and manage work orders.
  • Support property and resident events and manage social media advertisements.
  • Report violations, safety issues, and emergencies promptly.
Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma with two years of leasing experience.
  • Proficient in English, with strong leasing, closing, and computer skills.
  • Ability to operate MS Office, community software, and explain lease documents.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Organized and capable of selling property services effectively.
Physical Demands
  • Lift up to 25 lbs., climb stairs, walk across the community, stand for long periods, and sit at a desk.
