Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process. You will communicate clearly about pricing, policies, and unit availability while maintaining accurate resident files and supporting retention efforts.

You’ll also help promote the property through outreach, monitor digital advertising, and contribute to market surveys and leasing trend analyses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college can be advantageous.
• 1+ years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and explain community features.
• Manage the full leasing process from application to move-in.
• Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and policies.
• Conduct follow-up communications with prospects and residents.
• Assist with marketing outreach and monitor advertising platforms.
