Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to act as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community. You will drive occupancy and revenue by converting leads, delivering tours, and providing a world-class resident experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of sales or leasing experience, proficient CRM usage (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage), and a proven ability to follow up quickly and close leases, including weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage or similar
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours

The Part-Time Leasing Consultant will serve as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community and will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance. What You’ll Do:

Sales & Leasing

Resident Experience

• Provide excellent customer service and serve as an example to your team as a representative of Peak & your community
• Build rapport quickly and tailor the experience to each prospect
• Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals

Community Operations Support

• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
• Support office presentation and model readiness
• Assist in performance of annual turn process
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition
• Assist with market serveys as needed
• Perform various administrative tasks
• Assist with all move out and move in events as well as collect deposits and/or fees associated with move in.

What You’ll Need:

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required)
• Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
• Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
• Achieve high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-up and personalized tours
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours
