PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at an assigned community. You’ll convert leads, conduct impactful tours, and provide a world-class resident experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

The role emphasizes quick follow-up, accurate leasing paperwork, CRM upkeep, and active involvement in all leasing and operations tasks to support community success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed leasing targets.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed community leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Execute strategies that drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and maximize revenue.
• Respond to leads quickly with a sales-first mindset.
• Provide excellent customer service as a representative of PeakMade Real Estate.
• Build rapport quickly and tailor the experience to each prospect.
• Support resident satisfaction to drive renewals and referrals.
• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data.
• Support office presentation and model readiness.
• Assist in annual turn processes and market surveys.
• Perform various administrative tasks.
• Assist with move-in/move-out events and deposits.

Community Operations Support

• Complete lease paperwork accurately and collect deposits
• Maintain CRM accuracy and prospect data
• Support office presentation and model readiness
• Assist in performance of annual turn process
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competition
• Assist with market serveys as needed
• Perform various administrative tasks
• Assist with all move out and move in events as well as collect deposits and/or fees associated with move in.

What You’ll Need

• Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required)
• Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets

• The anticipated pay range for this role is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
