Summary:
Leasing Consultants excel at presenting the community to prospects, effectively highlighting its features and benefits, and employing thoughtful sales techniques to assist prospects in finding their future home. They demonstrate a commitment to diligent prospect follow-up and achieving occupancy and leased percentage budget expectations. Furthermore, they prioritize delivering exceptional and consistent customer service to residents, prospects, and all customers. The Leasing Consultant is a team player that collaborates seamlessly with others, leverages diverse strengths, and works together towards shared goals.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Become an expert inour communitiesandthe local marketto engage and convert prospects.
  • Conduct personalized tours and usepersuasive selling techniquesto secure leases.
  • Follow up with leads andbuild lasting relationshipsto drive repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple properties (1-4 communities) tomaximize leasing success.
  • Get creative help implementmarketing strategiesandsocial media outreachto boost occupancy.
Why You Should Apply:
  • Strongcommission structure with additional incentives for top performers.
    • Hourly:Starting rate is $22.80per hour or $47,424 annually. The full range is$22.80 - $28.50depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
    • Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential of $1,000 - $1,500, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $12,000 - $18,000.
    • Total Annual Compensation Potential:
      • $59,424 ($47,424 base + $12,000 bonus)
      • $77,280 ($59,280 base + $18,000 bonus)
  • Quarterly rewards for sales excellence
    • Gold Elite(Top 50%) – $1,000/qtr.
    • Platinum Elite(Top 25%) – $2,000/qtr.
    • Premiere League(Top 5%) – $3,000/qtr.
