American Campus Communities is seeking a part-time Community Assistant for 309 Green in Champaign, IL. You will assist in selling and leasing the property to prospective residents and parents and deliver a dynamic living experience through excellent customer service and ACC standards.

Responsibilities include giving leasing tours, processing inquiries, maintaining guest cards, and participating in Turn/Move-In/Move-Out activities.

Qualifications

• A degree or certificate program must be in progress from an accredited college or university while in this position.
• Graduate, Bachelor's, or Associate degree or diploma in progress from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing tours and process inquiries to close sales with prospective residents and parents.
• Enter prospective resident data into Salesforce leasing system accurately and timely.
• Participate in Turn, Move-In and Move-Out processes and assist with marketing and events.
