Part-Time Leasing Agent Position Available at Clearwater Apartments (Seattle, WA) -- Excellent Career Opportunity.

Join our team and grow your career with us! We are a local, Seattle-based property management company managing larger apartment communities throughout the Puget Sound area. We currently have an opening for an experienced Part-Time Leasing Agent at Clearwater Apartments in Seattle, WA, who will assist in resident leasing and renewals. The right candidate will have a can-do attitude, be a self-starter, and work well in a team. If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you.

We offer:

• $21.50 per hour
• Full-time employees earn 152 hours or 19 days of PTO per year with the ability to carry over up to 80 hours annually. Increased PTO after 6 and 9 consecutive years with Allied Residential. (*Differs for Part-Time employees)

Skills/Specialized Knowledge:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others
• HUD experience required
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to perform basic mathematical and accounting functions
• Ability to read and comprehend reports
• Understanding of federal fair housing laws and local housing provisions
• Ability to multi-task and make quick, effective decisions
• Positive attitude and team participation
• Hard worker willing to learn
• Verifiable work history and references
• Minimum 1 year residential leasing experience preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to pass drug/background and reference checks
• Valid driver’s license

Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 10am - 6pm.
