Twin Cities Orthopedics in Blaine and neighboring locations is seeking a Lead Radiologic Technologist for a 0.8 FTE, part-time role, Monday–Friday with one day off per week. You will oversee daily department operations while performing radiologic procedures and ensuring high-quality patient imaging.

Candidates must graduate ARRT-approved program, hold ARRT certification, and have at least two years of radiologic technologist experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology Program.
• ARRT Certification in radiology.
• 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.

Responsabilités

• Perform and develop quality x-rays for physician diagnosis and treatment.
• Inform and prepare patients for radiologic procedures.
• Maintain radiology records and film libraries.
• Prepare, clean and stock the radiology work area.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair.
• Maintain radiation safety precautions.
• Provide requested x-ray imaging to patients.
• Assist in obtaining external imaging as needed.
• Oversee daily department operations and ensure patient care.
• Keep staff informed with timely communications.
• Train new staff members.
• Collaborate with supervisor on staff development and recognition.
• Other duties as assigned.
