Job summary

Revo Health is hiring a Lead Radiologic Technologist to run daily department operations while performing radiologic technologist duties. The position is part-time (0.9 FTE) with Monday–Friday shifts across Blaine, Brooklyn Park, Otsego, and Coon Rapids locations.

The role requires ARRT certification, 2 years of radiologic technologist experience, and a strong emphasis on patient care, safety, and training of new staff. Sign-on bonus offered, with comprehensive benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Performs high-quality X-ray exams for diagnostic use.
• Prepares patients for procedures and informs them about the process.
• Maintains radiology files, films, and records.
• Cleans, stocks, and organizes the work area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department operations and ensure excellent patient service.
• Coordinate department work schedules and staffing coverage.
• Train new employees and provide coaching and recognition.
• Collaborate with providers to obtain imaging from other facilities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety precautions.
