Job summary

Providence St. Vincent Medical Center seeks a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) for part-time roles, offering Sunday, Wednesday or Tuesday & Saturday night shifts.

The LCSW will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, support care planning, and collaborate with the Inter/Multidisciplinary Team to advocate for patients and families. Required qualifications include an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program, Oregon or Washington licensure, and at least two years of relevant social work experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School or candidacy status.
• Oregon Clinical Social Worker License or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License at hire.
• License in states where care is delivered.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant social work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessments and interventions.
• Develop and implement person-centered care plans with IDT colleagues.
• Advocate for patients and families to reduce barriers to care.
• Collaborate across inpatient and outpatient teams on care delivery.
