Job summary

Royal Metal Products, Inc. is seeking a Laser Operator for the 1st shift. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining laser cutting equipment to produce quality parts in a safe, efficient manner.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM with an hourly pay of $18.03, and on-site work location. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to read and follow work instructions while adhering to manufacturing and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating laser cutting machinery preferred
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and operate laser cutting machines
• Program and optimize laser cutting processes
• Select and adjust materials as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment checks
• Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds at arm's length on a continual basis
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
