Job Description

Step into the heart of Boston's most coveted beauty corridor. Our boutique facial plastic surgery practice on iconic Newbury Street is seeking a skilled Part-Time Aesthetician with proven laser experience to join our elite team.

What You'll Do

• Deliver flawless facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, CIT microneedling and advanced laser treatments (IPL, laser hair removal, and laser skin tightening) in a luxury med-spa setting
• Collaborate with board-certified facial plastic surgeon on pre/post-op skin protocols
• Curate personalized skincare regimens using medical-grade lines (Alastin, ZO, Alphascience, EltaMD)
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and develop customized treatment plans
• Maintain meticulous treatment records in EMR (Nextech)
• Collaborate with surgeon, nurses, and administrative assistants to optimize patient experience and outcomes
• Participate in marketing initiatives (social media content, patient events, before/after photography)

What You Bring

• Massachusetts Aesthetician License + 2+ years laser certification (required)
