Job summary

La Bella Med Aesthetics in Austin, TX seeks a part-time Licensed Aesthetician/ Laser Professional to perform facial treatments, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and assist with laser and microneedling procedures. You will educate clients, design treatment plans, and maintain a pristine treatment room.

Ideal candidates have active Texas licenses, 3+ years of spa experience, and excellent customer service. This role starts two days a week, with Monday as one of them, and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Aesthetician or Cosmetology license required.
• Active Texas Laser Hair Removal license required.
• 3+ years in a spa/salon/med spa setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin types and medical-grade skincare.
• Excellent customer service and professional appearance.
• Able to recommend products and services and upsell.
• Confident selling, upselling and closing sales.
• Experience with listed devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and other non-invasive skincare procedures.
• Assist with laser, microneedling, and PRP procedures (if trained or certified).
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and customize treatment plans for each client.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment room.
• Follow proper sanitation and infection control standards.
• Cross-promote spa services, memberships, and retail products.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain client confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and promotional events.
