Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US.
• Four-year college/university degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in language(s) to teach.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be flexible in working hours.
• Be able to take initiative and work independently.
• Availability during the day to teach our virtual students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons in accordance with Berlitz teaching principles, focusing on students' goals and interests.
• Conduct level assessments and needs analyses as assigned.
• Work with private and group students at Learning Center, offsite locations, or virtually.
• Meet with Academic Specialist for lesson evaluation and coaching plan.
• Complete training and professional development modules in Berlitz Learning website and live sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date pedagogical and attendance records.
• Integrate learning technology into teaching programs and update shared resources.
