Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons in accordance with Berlitz teaching principles, focusing on goals, needs, and interests of students.
• Conduct level assessments and needs-analyses as assigned by supervisors.
• Work with private and group students at the Learning Center, offsite locations, or virtually.
• Meet with Academic Specialist regularly for lesson evaluations and coaching plans.
• Complete training and professional development modules.
• Maintain student pedagogical and attendance records up to date.
• Integrate learning technology into teaching programs and share resources.
• Perform duties as deemed fit by supervisors.
