MFA Incorporated's Agri Services Odessa location is hiring a part-time Laborer to support the day-to-day operations across feed, seed, fertilizer, grain and farm supply. This role emphasizes reliability, physical stamina, and willingness to learn in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Strength and agility to maneuver product/equipment (50-100 pounds).
• High School Diploma or GED (helpful).
• Availability to work overtime (including weekends as needed).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general operation of the location by providing support to all areas of the business, including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply.
• All responsibilities should be performed in accordance with company policy.
