The Medical Laboratory Technologist will work in the Chemistry/Core Laboratory under the supervision of the supervisor. Responsibilities include performing a variety of complex and routine tests within the Core Laboratory, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. The role requires rotating weekends and scheduled holidays based on departmental needs and participating in interdepartmental collaboration to provide high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology from an approved program.
• Certification as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist by the New York State Education Department.
• At least one year of relevant clinical laboratory experience.
