Job description

Critical Skills & Key Performance Indicators:

• Prepare buffers and solutions accurately and consistently according to established procedures and protocols.
• Promptly clean, process, autoclave and return glassware to the appropriate locations to maintain adequate availability for ongoing work.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure commonly used materials are appropriately stocked and accessible.
• Consistently arrive as scheduled, manage assigned tasks efficiently, and complete routine responsibilities within expected timeframes.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures, proper handling practices, and established protocols at all times.
• Experience with laboratory studies encouraged but not required.
• Exposure to statistics and data analysis encouraged but not required.
• Meticulous record-keeping, organized, methodical, and excellent attention to detail.
• Excited to work in a startup environment, adventurous, problem-solver and self-driven.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED and undergraduate degree, or currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program, preferably in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry,
• Biotechnology, or a related life sciences field.
• Previous laboratory experience through coursework, academic research, internship, or employment preferred but not required.
• Basic familiarity with laboratory safety practices and proper handling of laboratory materials.
