Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Lab Tech for our Montfort, WI site on a contract basis. The role focuses on moisture and fat testing, pH testing, and sample preparation in a food manufacturing environment, with strict GMP adherence.

Work is onsite for 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday) with flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM; ideal candidates have lab experience, are detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Lab experience required.
• Availability for 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment.
• Able to comply with GMP and hygiene requirements.
• HS Diploma or higher completed or current student status.

Responsibilities

• Perform moisture and fat testing using a CEM analyzer.
• Conduct pH testing using a standard laboratory pH meter.
• Prepare and ship laboratory samples.
• Follow established food manufacturing GMP requirements and laboratory procedures.
• Potentially cross-train in production operations as business needs allow.
